MARKET ENTRY STRATEGY FOR CHINA

A large wood processing company in New Zealand wished to enter the Chinese wood products market. Pöyry's assignment consisted of three key components:
  • Market and Industry Analysis
  • Operational Environment Analysis
  • Strategy Development.
The Auckland team worked closely with the clients team and with the Pöyry Shanghai office and jointly undertook a field trip in target areas of China.
